Priced against your supply chain
Grovetrace does not publish a price list. What an EUDR compliance function costs turns almost entirely on how many origins feed it and how far apart their data conventions are, so the quote follows a look at your actual sources.
Pricing is proposed in writing once we have mapped a sample of your source data, typically within two weeks of the first call.
What determines your price
Four factors, so you can gauge roughly where you sit before the first call.
- Origins and sources
- One ERP export is a different problem from thirty co-op formats arriving four ways. The number of sources Grovetrace has to read, and how far apart their conventions are, is the largest single factor.
- Volume of statements
- How many Due Diligence Statements you file in a year. Filing volume scales with the compliance work itself, so pricing follows it and not your seat count.
- Commodities and chains
- Cocoa alone, or cocoa and coffee through one compliance function. Consolidating two commodities onto one platform is a common reason operators come to us, and it changes the shape of the engagement.
- How much we do for you
- Some operators want their sources mapped for them and the first filings walked through together. Others want the platform and their own team on it. Both are supported, and they are not the same price.
What is included
- The whole platform. There are no tiers, no feature held back, and no per-seat count on the compliance officers who use it.
- Every source you need connected and mapped alongside your team during implementation.
- All seven EUDR commodities. The model is commodity-generic even though the depth is in cocoa.
- Filing to TRACES, including amendments and withdrawals, and the audit trail behind every statement.
- Direct access to the engineering team for as long as you are a customer, including implementation support.
From first call to a written quote
A call
Twenty minutes, screen shared, on your own supply chain, to establish whether the platform can carry your data. Nothing is quoted on this call.
A sample
You send one export from the messiest source you have. We map it and report what resolves, what does not, and what that implies for the implementation.
A quote
With the shape of the problem established, a price is proposed in writing, setting out what it covers and what it excludes. Most operators reach this point within two weeks of the first call.
When Grovetrace is the wrong choice
Two situations where the honest answer is that Grovetrace is not the right fit, and both sides are better off establishing it now.
- You need coverage of a regulation other than EUDR. Grovetrace covers one, and a second is not on the roadmap.
- You need a budget figure this week without a conversation. That is a reasonable requirement, and this is not the product that meets it.
Unsure which applies? Emailhello@grovetrace.com with two lines about your supply chain and you will get a straight answer, including “not yet”. Or put twenty minutes in the calendar directly.
Bring your supply chain and we will price the real thing
Twenty minutes, screen shared. By the end of it you will know whether Grovetrace can carry your data, and we will know enough for a quote to mean something.
Send a sample export ahead of the call and we will map it live, so the conversation starts from your own data.
